- Preheat oven to 400°. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, feta cheese, peppers and basil until blended. Transfer to a greased 3-cup baking dish. Bake until bubbly, 25-30 minutes. Serve with baguette slices or chips., Editor's Note: To prepare in a slow cooker, mix ingredients as directed. Pour into a greased 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker; cook, covered, on low until heated through, 2-3 hours.

EASY GREEK FETA DIP
This fresh tasting dip is so quick and easy to make, it will become your go-to appetizer for every occasion. Serve with pita bread or baguette slices.

- In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon of Greek seasoning and the balsamic vinegar. Add chopped tomatoes and toss to coat well.
- Place the tomatoes in a serving dish, then crumble the feta cheese over top. Sprinkle with the green onions. Toss gently to combine. Sprinkle with remaining Greek seasoning and drizzle with additional olive oil, if desired. Top with fresh chopped parsley.
- Serve with pita bread, pita chips or baguette slices.

- Mix together all of the ingredients except the chips. Start with 1 clove of garlic, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar. Taste test. Add another garlic clove if needed. If the dip looks really dry, add the other tablespoon of olive oil. If the dip needs that little extra zing, add the balsamic vinegar. Store in the fridge until ready to serve. You should let this dip sit for at least an hour before serving.
- When ready to serve, give the dip another stir and taste test. Depending on the feta cheese, it can quickly absorb the moisture. You might need a little drizzle of olive oil or another few drops of balsamic at this point. Add and serve with your favorite chips.
