- Combine oat bran, flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, and nutmeg in a bowl; set aside.
- Whisk together bananas, milk, honey, egg, oil and vanilla until blended. Add banana mixture to oat bran mixture and stir just until combined. Fold in raisins.
- Spoon batter into paper-lined muffin cups, filling cups three-quarters full.
- Bake at 400°F until a cake tester inserted in centres comes out clean, about 15 - 17 minutes. Cool muffins in pan for 5 minutes.
- Remove from pan and cool on a rack. May be frozen for up to 1 month.
