Cream and a touch of rich chocolate smooth scotch whisky and gin without smothering them. This may be a creamy drink but it remains 'serious' and far from being a sweetie.

15 ml Gin
22.5 ml Crème de cacao liqueur (white)
22.5 ml Single cream / half-and-half

Steps:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass

3 or 4 ice cubes

Steps:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into an Old-fashioned glass.
