Number Of Ingredients 12

1 kilograms kilo of minced beef
2 large onions, chopped
7 - cloves garlic, minced
1 - red pepper, chopped
1 kilograms of sliced tomatoes
1 - bay leaf
1 cup(s) chopped chives and parsley
2 stick(s) or tablets of bouillon dissolved in 2 cup hot water
2 cup(s) wine
1 tablespoon(s) of sugar
1 tablespoon(s) cumin.
1 teaspoon(s) salt

Steps:

  • Put in a stewpot layered: 1 the oil 2 a little meat covering the bottom 3 a little wine and beef broth 4 slightly onion 5 a little garlic 6 slightly green seasoning 7 slightly tomatoes Repeat until you finish all 8 ingredients 10 for last place bay leaves, pepper, sugar, salt, cumin. Close the a stewpot very covered and cook on medium temperature for about 4 hours. After, open and check if the meat is almost falling apart.
  • Side dish: White rice, cassava flour and chopped banana. How to prepare the plate: Put the meat and broth in a dish sprinkle the flour of cassava, or make a puree with more broth, place the white rice and bananas on the side.
