- Heat oil in skillet, brown beef on all sides. Add the garlic and continue to cook for 2 minutes. Add onion, peppers and broth; cover and simmer 20 minutes. , Combine water and cornstarch; stir into broth. Cook and stir until gravy is thick and shiny. Add seasonings. Serve over hot cooked rice.

- Combine garlic powder and pepper rub over all sides of roast. Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Preheat oven to 500°. Place roast in oven and reduce heat to 350°. Bake for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until meat reaches desired doneness. Chill for 30-40 minutes or until meat is cool enough to handle. Cut into 3-in. x 1/4-in. x 1/4-in. strips. Place in a large salad bowl add peppers and onions. Combine dressing ingredients in a jar with tight-fitting lid shake well. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. - add the oil, mince, onions, stock, frozen peppers, garlic and oregano to a large, deep frying or wok and cook on a medium heat until browned, whilst browning chop one medium aubergine into thick slices and slice your 6 tomatoes into medium slices too. Brown the mince mix for 20mins
- Pour some vegetable oil onto the aubergines along with a pinch of oregano and a pinch of garlic granules and grill for 10mins +- depenadnt on your cooker, add the tomatoes, passata, more oregano, chopped tomatoes, butter beans and aromat to the beef mix and cook for a further 8 mins until simmering.
- Pour the Beef mixture into a oven dish cover with the grilled aubergine, spoon over the natural yogurt and then sprinkle on the cheese.
- put the oven dish in a preheated oven until the topping is bubbling around 10-15 mins.
- Serve the dish immediately with a nice green salad and paprika potatoes, mmmmm delicious

- Add bacon, and all 4 cans of beans.

- Stir-fry in oil with the onion until the onion becomes translucent.

- Bring a pot of water to boil. Add gnocchi and cook until floating, 5 to 6 minutes. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-low heat; add shallot and garlic. Gently cook until shallot has softened and garlic is fragrant, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Turn heat up to medium and add the ground sirloin, salt, and red pepper flakes. Add in tomato paste. Allow tomato paste to caramelize. Pour in vodka and deglaze the pan by bringing sauce to a boil while scraping the browned bits with a wooden spoon. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour cream into the pan and stir until the paste has completely incorporated. Allow to gently simmer until the sauce begins to thicken, 5 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle in 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese and stir until it melts.
- Add drained gnocchi to the pan along with reserved 1/2 cup water. Serve topped with basil leaves.

Steps:
- Place beef strips on a solid, level surface. Firmly pound beef with the tenderizing side of a meat mallet until the meat fibers are slightly broken but the strips still hold their shape.
- Mix Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, liquid smoke, cayenne pepper, and coriander seeds in a large bowl until brown sugar has dissolved.
- Place beef strips into the bowl; add enough water to allow marinade to cover the meat. Stir to incorporate water and submerge the beef in marinade, cover the bowl, and refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
- Remove beef strips from marinade, shake off excess, and lay the strips onto oven-proof racks. Do not overlap the strips.
- Bake the beef strips in the preheated oven until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest strip reads at least 150 degrees F (65 degrees C).
- Remove strips from oven and place onto racks of a food dehydrator so the strips don't overlap.
- If desired, sprinkle strips with more coriander seeds and black pepper.
- Turn on the dehydrator, set machine's temperature for 155 degrees F (70 degrees C), and dry the jerky until leathery, about 9 hours. Rotate the racks from top to bottom every 1 1/2 hours for even drying. A piece of jerky should crack but not break in half when folded. Store in refrigerator.
