SIMPLE BEEF STROGANOFF
This is a very simple and quick beef stroganoff that can be made after a busy day at work. It uses ground beef and mushroom soup!

Steps:
- Prepare the egg noodles according to package directions and set aside.
- In a separate large skillet over medium heat, saute the ground beef over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes, or until browned. Drain the fat and add the soup and garlic powder. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and combine the meat mixture with the egg noodles. Add the sour cream, stirring well, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

QUICK & EASY BEEF STROGANOFF
This is a quick version of the old time favorite. Its a great way to use up the leftover steak, tri-tip, roast, etc. This is a regular at our house! (I guessed at the 1 1/2 oz of brown gravy mix, I did not have one on hand to get the exact weight - just use a standard pkg)

Steps:
- Saute the beef and the onion in 2 T of butter.
- There will be alot of"juice" in the pan so I turn up the heat for a couple of minutes to reduce the liquid.
- (Start your rice or your noodles at this point).
- Add the brown gravy mix to the water and stir to dissolve.
- Add gravy mixture to meat and stir constantly until thick.
- If you are in a hurry, you can add the sour cream at this point and be done with it or you can simmer the meat and gravy until your noodles or rice are done, then add the sour cream right before serving.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
- Makes 4 large servings.
- (If you like red wine, you can add 1/2 cup of red wine and 1 cup of water for the liquid).
- (You can also add mushrooms if desired).
EASY AND QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF
Easy and quick, this beef stroganoff is so good, so fast. Even easier of you prepare the meat ahead of time. Kids love it.

Steps:
- Season beef lightly with dried onion, garlic powder, and black pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir meat in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.
- Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Stir in egg noodles and return to a boil. Cook noodles uncovered, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 6 minutes. Drain.
- Combine water and bouillon cubes in a microwave-safe measuring cup. Cook in the microwave until boiling, about 6 minutes. Crush cubes and stir broth until dissolved.
- Pour broth into a deep saucepan over medium-high heat. Add flour gradually, whisking in until bubbly and thick, about 1 minute. Reduce heat and add sour cream, ketchup, and vinegar. Whisk until smooth, about 1 minute. Add beef and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes more. Pour beef sauce over noodles and toss to coat.

CHEAP BEEF STROGANOFF
In my never-ending quest to fill up my family cheaply, I borrowed this recipe from a friend and made it my own.We use rotini noodles, but often change to a different shaped noodle just to make supper more interesting. I serve the meat mixture over the noodles to make this go farther. You can also use turkey burger instead of the beef hamburger.

- Cook the noodles following the package directions and drain.
- Saute the onions slightly, add hamburger and cook thoroughly.
- Drain the hamburger.
- Add the soup, garlic powder,salt and pepper and heat thoroughly on low heat.
- Fold in sour cream and optional peas and heat for another 5 minutes.
- Serve over pasta noodles and enjoy!

Steps:
- Boil water for pasta.
- In a large skillet, brown ground meat and onions until onions are clear. Drain. Add pasta to boiling water.
- Return meat and onions to skillet, add soups and milk, and extra mushrooms if you want. Cook until pasta is cooked to your doneness.
- Note: You can serve the meat over the pasta, or you can mix it all together. It is up to you, but my kids don't care how I serve it, they just love it!
