ONE-BOWL CHEDDAR BEER MUFFINS
One bowl and 7 ingredients is all you're going to need to mix up batch after batch of these insanely-soft cheddar beer muffins.---They're SO good next to a bowl of chili!

Steps:
- Preheat oven 375F. Lightly grease a muffin tin. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Slowly whisk in agave and beer until batter is smooth and just combined. Fold in cheese.
- Fill muffin tin cups 3/4 full of batter. Bake muffins at 375F 14-15 minutes or until muffins test done with a toothpick. Cool muffins in pan 10 minutes then remove and serve warm. Enjoy!

- Measure out 2/3 cup beer-drink rest.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Spray 6 muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
- Spoon flour into measuring cup& level off.
- Combine flour, cheese, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and mix well.
- Add beer and egg, and stir into dry mixture until just moistened.
- Divide evenly into muffin cups (about 3/4 full).
- Bake 17-22 minutes, or until golden brown and toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
- Best served warm-- great with chili or tortilla soup.

CHEESE MUFFINS

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir the Cheddar into the dry ingredients until all the particles of cheese are coated with flour. Beat the egg with the milk and stir this into the flour mixture until just blended, then add the butter. Bake the batter in greased muffin tins for 20 minutes.

My grandmother passed this recipe along years ago. She fixed them as a quick treat for her grandsons who had been hunting all morning. Now I take them to everything from baby showers to Christmas parties to game day gatherings. They are always a hit. I serve dipping sauces of mustard and ketchup. Easy!

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Spray 24 mini-muffin cups with cooking spray.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef and onions in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat and set aside to cool.
- Combine flour, white sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Whisk milk, ketchup, melted butter, eggs, and mustard together in a separate bowl; stir into flour mixture until just moistened. Fold ground beef mixture and Cheddar cheese into batter; spoon into each muffin cup.
