1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
1 (30 ounce) can refried beans
1 (1.25 ounce) package dry taco seasoning mix
1 jalapeno pepper, diced, or more to taste
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, refried beans, and taco seasoning in a bowl. Fold jalapeno pepper into the dip; spread into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and continue cooking until the cheese has melted, about 5 more minutes.

1 1/2 cups edamame, measured after cooked and shelled or 15 ounces canned pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup bottled salsa
1 green onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 teaspoon Mexican seasoning (Zippy Zonya Mexi Seasoning Mix)
multi-grain tortilla chips, for dipping

Steps:

PREPARE ZIPPY ZONYA MEXI SEASONING MIX:.
Combine all spices listed. (Leftover spice may be stored in a plastic self-sealing bag for up to 1 month.) The bean dip uses 1/4 teaspoon.
PREPARE BEAN DIP:.
In a food processor combine edamane, salsa, green onion, cilantro and 1/4 teaspoon Zippy Zonya Mexi Seasoning Mix.
Cover and process until mixture is smooth.
SERVE DIP WITH CHIPS:.
Serve with multi-grain tortilla chips.
Store in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

1 teaspoon oregano
1 large bag baked tortilla chip

Steps:

1. 2 or more hours before serving: Drain and rinse both kinds of beans. Place in medium bowl. 2. Chop tomatoes, onions, garlic, peppers, and parsley and add to beans. 3. Add dressing and oregano to mixture and mix well. 4. Refrigerate for 2 hours or more before serving. This will keep for 5 days in your refrigerator. 5. Just before serving: Toss beans gently and serve with chips.

1 (2.25 ounce) can chopped black olives, drained
1 onion, chopped
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Steps:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, blend the chili beef soup and taco sauce. Bring to a gentle boil and remove from heat.
Transfer chili beef soup and taco sauce mixture to an 8x8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with black olives and onion. Top with Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese.
