Steps:
- Whisk together first 6 ingredients. Place bread cubes in a 13x9-in. or 3-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Pour egg mixture over top. Refrigerate, covered, 8 hours or overnight., Preheat oven to 350°. Remove berries from freezer and French toast from refrigerator and let stand while oven heats. Bake, covered, 30 minutes., In a small bowl, cut butter into brown sugar until crumbly. Top French toast with berries; sprinkle with brown sugar mixture. Bake, uncovered, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 15-20 minutes. If desired, dust with confectioners' sugar and serve with syrup.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 2-quart baking dish or 8-inch square baking pan with the butter.
- For the oatmeal: Stir together the oats, sugar and 1/8 teaspoon salt in a large bowl. Whisk together the almond milk, egg, vanilla and almond extract in a medium bowl. Pour the milk mixture into the oat mixture and stir well to combine.
- For the topping: Stir together the almonds, oats, sugar, butter, flour, cinnamon and 1/8 teaspoon salt in a medium bowl until evenly combined.
- To assemble: Pour the oatmeal into the prepared baking dish. Arrange the berries (including any juices) over the oatmeal. Sprinkle with the topping. Bake until lightly browned and just set, about 50 minutes. Let cool on a rack for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm with a dollop of yogurt or a splash of milk if using.

- In a bowl, combine the egg whites, eggs, milk, surgar, cinnamon, vanilla and salt; pour over bread.
- Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
- Thirty minutes before baking, remove the berries from the freezer, set aside, and remove the baking dish from the refrigerator.
- Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

This triple berry French toast is a Christmas brunch tradition at our house and perfect for a busy household on Christmas morning as it is prepared the night before. You can use blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, or a combination. Twist a lemon slice over the top for garnish.

- Spray the bottom of a 9x13-inch glass baking dish with vegetable spray and place 1/2 of the bread cubes into the dish. Put cream cheese cubes on top. Distribute blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries over the cream cheese. Place remaining bread over the berries.
- Beat eggs in a bowl and add milk and maple syrup. Pour mixture over bread. Place plastic wrap over the dish and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Remove plastic wrap from the dish and cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the middle of the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to bake until puffed and golden, about 30 minutes more.
- While toast is baking, combine 1/2 of the blueberries, 1/2 of the blackberries, 1/2 of the raspberries, water, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook until syrup thickens, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in remaining berries and butter.
- Let French toast sit for about 10 minutes before slicing. Pour berry syrup over individual pieces.

- Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Place bread cubes in dish. In large bowl, beat eggs, half-and-half, 1/4 cup sugar, the cinnamon, salt and vanilla with wire whisk until smooth; pour over bread cubes. Cover tightly; refrigerate at least 4 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
- Heat oven to 400°F. Uncover dish; bake 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan, stir together 1 cup sugar and the cornstarch. Stir in orange juice until smooth. Stir in mixed berries. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook about 6 minutes, stirring constantly, until topping is slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
- Just before serving, stir strawberries into topping. Serve warm over French toast bake.
