Steps:
- In a large glass mixing bowl, combine ground sausage, softened cream cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, and Worchestershire sauce.
- Once combined, add in bisquick baking mix in batches until well combined. I recommend using your hands to make it easier.
- Add in shredded cheddar cheese and mix with your hands until combined.
- Next, preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line 1-2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Begin forming 2 tablespoon size balls with your hands and place on your baking sheet evenly spaced apart.*
- Bake your sausage balls in the oven for 22-25 minutes or until they are a light golden brown.
BISQUICK® SAUSAGE BALLS
These sausage balls are made with Neese's® Sausage. Perfect for breakfast and great for the holidays. I have provided the doubled recipe. You can cut it in half if you wish. I usually bag half the recipe and put into fridge and freeze the other half. Great in toaster oven.

CREAM CHEESE SAUSAGE BALLS
Sausage balls are an entertaining standby for me, but they were always admittedly a little dry - until I tried adding cream cheese, and better balls were born. I'll never go back!

- In the bowl of your stand mixer, or in a large mixing bowl (if making by hand), combine the Bisquick, breakfast sausage, cream cheese, and grated cheddar cheese. Use the low setting and allow the mixer to work for a few minutes to thoroughly combine the ingredients.
- Portion out the sausage mixture and roll into balls that are roughly 1 - 1 1/2 inch in size. Transfer formed balls to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or two.
- Place the baking sheet with formed sausage balls into your refrigerator for 10-15 minutes, or in the freezer for about 8 minutes, to chill before baking.
- While the sausage cream cheese balls are chilling, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
