- Combine sausage, baking mix, Cheddar cheese, egg, and evaporated milk in the bowl of a stand mixer; mix on low speed until thoroughly combined.

- Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. You will need to use your hands to really thoroughly combine all of the ingredients.

- Roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on a baking sheet one inch apart. I used my handy-dandy cookie scoop to make quick work out of portioning these.
