½ cup complete pancake mix
⅓ cup water
cooking spray
9 chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo®)
1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar, or to taste

Steps:

  • Mix pancake mix and water until well combined.
  • Line an air fryer basket with parchment paper. Spray parchment paper with nonstick cooking spray. Dip each cookie into the pancake mixture and place in the basket. Make sure they are not touching; cook in batches if necessary.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Add basket and cook for 4 to 5 minutes; flip and cook until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes more. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.

  • Preheat oven to 450°F. In a medium bowl, stir Bisquick and milk until soft dough forms. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. (They will be a bit lumpy and don't have to look pretty.) Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup cake flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
¾ teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes
1 tablespoon melted butter
¾ cup buttermilk

Steps:

  • Sift the 1 and 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt into a mixing bowl.
  • With a pastry cutter, work the cold butter into the flour until the pieces of butter are pea-sized.
  • Add in buttermilk and, stir until the milk and flour come together to form a dough.
  • Don't over mix.
  • Set the temperature of your Air Fryer to 400 degrees.
  • On a floured surface, place the dough on top of the flour.
  • Use your hands to press the dough into a 1/2-inch-thick rectangle.
  • Using a cup or biscuit cutter dusted with flour, cut out 10 dough rounds.
  • Press straight down when cutting the dough with a twisting motion to prevent the dough from rising.
  • Spray the pan with a little bit of nonstick cooking spray.
  • Arrange the biscuits in a pan that fits into your fryer, in a single layer, and brush with the melted butter.
  • Place the biscuit dough in your Air Fryer and close.
  • Set the timer to 8 minutes, and continue air frying the biscuits until they are golden brown.
  • Remove from the Air Fryer and serve and brush the tops of the biscuits with butter.

1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup milk
3 cups vegetable oil
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:

  • Mix the Bisquick, sugar, vanilla, and milk until combined.
  • Pour the oil into a 2-quart saucepan. Heat it on medium for 5 minutes.
  • Scoop the batter with a teaspoon. Drop half-teaspoon rounds into the hot oil. You may fry up to 4 to 6 balls at a time.
  • Fry until donuts are golden brown. Place cooked donuts on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease.
  • In a bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Coat the donuts with the mixture.

Steps:

  • Remove the refrigerated biscuits from the can. Place the biscuits in the air fryer. (parchment or oiling the basket is optional).
  • Air Fry biscuits at 330F/165C for 9-10 minutes. Flip the biscuits over, half way through the cook time. (Be sure to check the biscuits in the last few minutes to see if you need to adjust the cook time.)
  • Carefully remove the biscuits and serve with jam or gravy. Enjoy!

Bisquick chicken tenders are a classic, kid-friendly dinner everyone loves. This Bisquick ultimate chicken fingers recipe takes only 20 minutes from start to finish. Prepare them easily in the oven or air fryer.

2 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 1/2 cup original Bisquick mix
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 pounds chicken tenderloins ((see notes below to substitute with chicken breasts))
3 Tablespoons butter (melted)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Line baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray, or line with parchment paper.
  • Add beaten egg to a small tray or rimmed plate. Mix Bisquick, cheese, garlic salt and paprika together and add to 1-gallon resealable plastic food-storage bag.
  • Dip the chicken strips into egg; then place in bag of Bisquick mixture. Seal bag; shake to coat. Then REPEAT the process by dipping chicken into egg and shaking in Bisquick mix again. You don't want to skip this step - it makes the chicken crispy and perfectly breaded. Place chicken on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle butter over chicken.
  • Bake 14 minutes. Using tongs, turn chicken tenders half way through (7 minutes). Use an instant read meat thermometer to check temperature of chicken tenderloins. Poultry should be cooked until the internal temperature is 165ºF. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces like honey mustard or ranch.
  • Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Preheat air fryer according your manufacturer's directions.
  • Add beaten egg to a small tray or rimmed plate. Mix Bisquick mix, cheese, salt and paprika and add to a 1-gallon resealable plastic food-storage bag.

3 chicken breasts (cut into 1/2" slices)
2/3 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 egg

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 and line a baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Add egg to a small bowl and whisk well. Set aside.
  • Add Bisquick, cheese, garlic powder, salt and paprika to a mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Dredge chicken in egg and then Bisquick mixture and coat well. Place onto prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all chicken is coated.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Serve immediately.
