EASY BURRITO BAKE
Add Old El Paso® refried beans and salsa to make this delicious burrito topped with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and olives - a delicious Mexican dinner.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix and cold water until soft dough forms. Press evenly in bottom of pan.
- Spread beans over crust. In small bowl, stir together rice and 1/2 cup salsa. Spread evenly over beans. Top with cheese.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Top with lettuce, tomato and olives. Serve with additional salsa and sour cream.

- Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Spray an 8 x 8-inch (or 9 x 9) baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Begin browning and crumbling ground beef in a medium skillet over medium heat. Once fully cooked, drain excess grease.
- Combine cooked (and drained) ground beef with taco sauce (I just do this right in the pan so as not to create any more dirty dishes.)
- In a medium bowl, mix Bisquick, water, and refried beans together.
- Spread this "crust" mixture into your prepared baking dish.
- Spread ground beef mix over crust mix.
- Sprinkle the top with shredded cheese.
- Cover baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 375F degrees for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes then slice and serve.
