Bisquick Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipes

PEANUT BUTTER-CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, mix Bisquick mix, peanut butter, vanilla, milk and eggs until blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
• Shape rounded tablespoonfuls of dough into balls; place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten slightly with greased bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
• Bake about 10 minutes or until light brown (do not overbake). Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to cooling racks.

CHEWY PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
• In a large bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the corn syrup, water, and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the peanut butter mixture. Fold in chocolate chunks. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls 3 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
• Bake for 12 to 14 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are golden. Allow cookies to cool for 1 minute on the cookie sheet before removing to wire racks to cool completely.

BISQUICK® CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla and egg. Add Bisquick mix; beat on low speed until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
• Onto ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
• Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set on edges and golden brown. Cool on cookie sheets 2 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks.

BISQUICK PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
• Mix the first two ingredients.
• Add the Bisquick and chocolate chips. If the dough is very sticky, add a little more Bisquick.
• Roll the dough into balls.
• Roll the balls in sugar.
• Place the balls on a baking sheet and flatten them with a fork.
• Bake the cookies for 10-15 minutes. They should be light brown when they are finished.

EASIEST PEANUT BUTTER & CHOCOLATE COOKIES (BISQUICK)

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375*.
• In a large bowl, stir together milk and peanut butter until combined.
• Stir in Bisquick, 1/4 c sugar and vanilla.
• Shape dough into 1.25" balls and roll tops in the 1/3 c sugar.
• Place sugar side up onto ungreased cookie sheets, 2 inches apart.
• Bake 8-10 minutes or just until bottom starts to brown.
• Immediately press a candy into each cookie; remove from cookie sheet to cooking rack.

NAUGHTY CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
• In a medium bowl, cream together the margarine and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg yolks, vanilla and port wine. Combine the flour and salt; stir into the creamed mixture. Roll the dough into walnut sized balls. Dip each ball in the remaining egg whites. Place cookies 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets.
• Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from the oven and immediately place 4 or 5 of the chocolate and/or peanut butter chips into the center of each cookie. Return to the oven for 2 more minutes to melt the chips. Remove from baking sheets to cool on wire racks.
