BLACKBERRY AGUA FRESCA
A refreshing agua fresa featuring ripe blackberries with a little lime juice. It's sweetened with a little agave nectar. Perfect drink for a summer day!

Steps:
- Add the blackberries, 2 cups of the water, lime juice and agave nectar to a blender. Blend until smooth. Taste and add more agave or lime juice if needed
- Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the blackberry water into a large pitcher.
- Pour in the remaining 2 cups of water and stir.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Serve over ice and enjoy

- Blend 5 cups of any chopped fruit (we used strawberries, cantaloupe, pineapple, honeydew, watermelon and mango) with 3 cups water, 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons lime juice. Add more sugar and/or lime juice to taste and serve over ice.

Steps:
- Bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add blackberries, mint, and tea bags. Remove from heat and let stand 1 hour at room temperature. Strain the mixture through a sieve, into a pitcher and discard the tea bags and solids. Add sugar and lemon juice to the tea, stirring until sugar dissolves. Pour into glasses or cups and garnish each serving with a mint sprig.

- Combine boiling water and tea bags; stir once, and steep 10 minutes. Pour through a fine wire-mesh strainer into a pitcher to equal 2 cups hibiscus tea. (Do not squeeze tea bags.)
