A must have at holiday parties. Easily prepared and delicious!

Steps:
- In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and green onions. Spread this mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle red pepper, celery, black olives, and cheese (if you'd like) over the cream cheese mixture. Roll up the tortillas, then wrap them tightly in aluminum foil.
- Chill 2 hours or overnight. Cut off ends of the rolls, and slice the chilled rolls into 1 inch slices.

RASPBERRY PINWHEELS
Rosy raspberry jam anchors the center of these buttery pastry pinwheels. Martha made this recipe on Martha Bakes episode 502.

Steps:
- Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside. On a lightly floured work surface, roll out the dough to just over a 13-inch square, a little over 1/4 inch thick. Using a ruler and a pizza wheel or pastry cutter, trim the edges of the dough to form a 12-inch rectangle. Then cut the dough into nine 4-inch squares.
- Cut squares three-quarters of the way from each corner towards the center. Fold every other point towards the center and press to seal. Fill the center of each pinwheel with 1 teaspoon raspberry jam. Place the pinwheels on the prepared baking sheets. Cover with plastic wrap, and let rest in a warm place until dough is doubled in bulk, about 45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Brush dough with the beaten egg; sprinkle with sugar. Bake, rotating sheets halfway through, until pastries are evenly browned, 20 to 25 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Serve at room temperature. Pinwheels are best eaten the same day they are made.
BACON-CHEDDAR-RANCH PINWHEELS

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, combine herbs, garlic, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. On a lightly floured work surface, unfold puff pastry. Spread pastry with herb mixture and roll up. With a sharp knife, cut into 1/4-inch-thick rounds. Arrange rounds on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake until puffed and golden on edges, 15 minutes. Let cool on sheet on a wire rack, 10 minutes. Store in an airtight container, up to 3 days.
BLACKBERRY PINWHEELS
These attractive pinwheels look almost like a pan of cinnamon rolls and are a nice alternative to a cobbler. Serve warm for brunch or as a dessert topped with ice cream.

Steps:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 5 1/2 TBS butter, then add 1 cup sugar and water, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Set aside.
- For dough; combine flour, salt and baking powder.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
- Add milk and stir with a fork until dough leaves sides of bowl.
- Turn out onto a floured board and knead 3 to 4 times.
- Roll out to a 11 by 9 inch rectangle, 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread berries over dough, sprinkle with cinnamon and roll up jelly roll style.
- Cut into 1 1/4 inch thick slices.
- Melt remaining butter and pour into a 10 inch round or oval baking dish.
- Place dough slices in dish and drizzle syrup carefully over them.
- Bake in a 350*F oven for 1 hour.
- Fifteen minutes before removing from oven, sprinkle 2 TBS sugar over top.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.

- Beat cream cheese and sour cream until well blended.
- Stir in Monterey Jack cheese, olives, onion, salt, and garlic powder.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Process beans in a food processor until smooth.
- Spread each tortilla with a thin layer of beans.
- Spread layer of cream cheese mixture over beans.
- Roll up tightly, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until well chilled.
- Cut into 3/4 inch slices (on a bias?).
- Serve with salsa.
