BLUE RASPBERRY SPIKED LEMONADE
Spiked lemonade is a summertime favorite! Spruce it up by adding in a little blue raspberry vodka. Refreshing!

Steps:
- Prepare or buy your lemonade. Fill the glasses with ice and then pour the lemonade over the ice about 3/4 of the way full.
- Add one ounce vodka and stir. Then top with 3/4 of an ounce Blue Raspberry Vodka. Garnish with a sprig of mint!

BLUE RASPBERRY LEMONADE CUPCAKES

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350. Mix cake mix, oil, water, and eggs together. Add in one packet of Kool-Aid mix to your batter.
- Evenly distribute batter in 24 cupcake molds or cupcake wrappers.
- Bake cupcakes for 19-23 minutes.
- While cupcakes are baking, in a stand mixer fitted with a whisk, mix together sugar and butter. Mix on low speed until well blended and then increase speed to medium and beat for another 3 minutes.
- Add vanilla, Kool-Aid, and cream and continue to beat on medium speed for 1 minute more, adding more cream if needed for spreading consistency.
- When cupcakes are cool, frost with your Blue Raspberry Lemonade Buttercream Frosting and enjoy!

- Pour all ingredients in a 5- gallon water cooler putting the water in last and making sure not to go over the 5-gallon mark with the water. Now this will sound weird but is a very effective way to mix this because mixing it by hand just won't work at all. You need a power drill and a dry wall mud mixer. Most of you will have a power drill but if not you can pick both the drill and dry wall mud mixer up at any home improvement store preferably Lowe's as this is where this ideal was born. You will find the dry wall mud mixer in the paint department and you don't need a really big one, just one long enough to reach the bottom of the water cooler. Place the dry wall mud mixer in the drill and slowly push in the trigger on the drill. If you go to fast you'll make a mess. Mix for a few minutes then do a taste test. If you think you need more flavor drop in another package of kool-aid and mix up again. Once you are satisfied with the taste put the top on the water cooler get some ice in a cup

- Make a simple syrup by combining 1 cup of water with 1 cup of sugar in a small saucepan. Bring this to a simmer to dissolve the sugar and then cool completely.
- Purée the raspberries in a food processor with ¼ cup of the lemon juice and strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove all the seeds. Use the back of a spoon to help push the raspberry purée through the strainer.
- Pour the strained raspberry purée into a pitcher and add the remaining lemon juice and 3 cups of sparkling water. Stir together and then add the simple syrup to taste, depending on how sweet you would like the lemonade. I like to start at ½ cup.
