Bourbon Mint Tea Recipes
BOURBON MINT ICED TEA
Steps:
- Add the cold water into a medium sauce pan.
- Turn the heat on medium to high.
- Bring to a boil.
- Once at a boil remove the pot from the heat.
- Add the teabags and the mint leaves.
- Allow to steep for 15 minutes.
- Pour the tea through a strainer into a pitcher.
- This will remove the tea bags and mint leaves.
- Add 1 ½ cups of sugar.
- Stir for 2-3 minutes
- Allow the tea to cool for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Fill an glass with ice.
- Add 2 oz of bourbon.
- Top off with sweet tea.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
- ENJOY!!
