Fantastic quiche, very easy!

1 (9 inch) deep dish prepared pie crust
1 teaspoon vegetable oil, or as needed
2 cups finely chopped broccoli
4 eggs
½ cup milk
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Place pie crust into a 9-inch deep pie dish and prick crust all over with a fork; brush with oil. Place crust onto prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake crust in the preheated oven for 8 minutes.
  • Place broccoli into a bowl and microwave on high until broccoli is bright green and slightly tender, about 4 minutes. Whisk eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, oregano, salt, pepper, and thyme in a bowl; stir broccoli into egg mixture. Pour mixture into crust and sprinkle quiche with Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses. Place pie dish on the baking sheet.
  • Bake until a knife inserted into the middle of the quiche comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

3 ounces butter, melted
6 ounces almonds, ground
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/8 cup green onion, thinly sliced
5 -6 slices bacon (cooked)
8 ounces frozen broccoli (cooked according to package)
6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 large eggs
4 ounces heavy cream
4 ounces cottage cheese
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Place a baking sheet in the oven to pre-heat.
  • Mix melted butter into ground almonds.
  • Spread this mixture evenly in the bottom of an 9" pie pan.
  • Bake on heated baking sheet in oven until lightly browned (15 minutes).
  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  • Heat the olive oil in skillet and cook the onion over a low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Mix together bacon, onions, and broccoli and spread mixture over the base of the pie; then, sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
  • Combine eggs, cream, cottage cheese, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper in mixing bowl; beat at medium speed until smooth.
  • Pour this mixture over the base slowly so that it doesn't overflow (you may not need all of the mixture).
  • Place the quiche back onto the baking sheet in the oven and bake until it has risen, slightly browned and set in the middle (about 30 minutes).

1 cup chopped onion
1 cup broccoli
5 eggs
1/3 cup Miracle Whip
1/3 cup milk
1 cup kraft shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 frozen deep dish pie shell (9 inch)

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 375°F Place vegetables in skillet sprayed with cooking spary; cook on medium heat 5 minute or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. set aside.
  • beat eggs, dressing and milk into a medium bowl with wire whisk untill well blended. stir in vegetable mixture and cheese; pour into pie shell. place pie shell on baking sheet.
  • bake on baking sheet 40 to 45 minute or until center is set and quiche is golden brown. Let stand 10 minute before cutting into slices that you can serve.

2 cups whole wheat blend penne pasta, uncooked
2 cups small broccoli florets
1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
1/3 cup plus 2 Tbsp. milk, divided
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Steps:

  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3 min.
  • Meanwhile, mix cream cheese spread, 2 Tbsp. milk and garlic powder until blended. Cook and stir chicken and onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 7 to 8 min. or until chicken is done. Add cream cheese mixture and remaining milk; cook and stir 2 min. or until heated through. Add cheddar; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until melted.
  • Drain pasta. Add to chicken mixture; stir to evenly coat. Top with bacon.
