2 heads of broccoli
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
freshly ground pepper to taste

Steps:

Cut broccoli into medium, bite-sized pieces with tough stalks trimmed.
Use your favorite method to steam broccoli. (6-7 minutes on stove over gently boiling water or 3-4 minutes in the microwave).
Make sure the broccoli isn't overcooked. It should be fork tender yet still crisp and green.
Drain broccoli.
Drizzle with warm Dijon dressing and serve.
Watch your family gobble it up!
Melt butter in a small saucepan.
Add mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk in until butter is fully incorporated and dressing is smooth.

12 ounces broccoli
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon water
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons coarse grain mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

Wash broccoli.
Cut broccoli lengthwise into spears.
Cut any thick stem pieces in half.
In a large covered saucepan cook broccoli in a small amount of boiling water for 8 to 12 minutes or until crisp-tender; Drain.
Meanwhile, for vinaigrette, in a small screw-top jar combine the garlic, vinegar, water, oil, mustard and salt.
Cover and shake well.
Drizzle vinaigrette over broccoli.
Serve immediately.
