BROWNIE IN A MUG

Steps:

• Notes: If you want to remove the cake before eating it, be sure to grease the mug before starting. If you can't find dutch cocoa, subbing additional regular will still work; it will just have less of a brownie flavor. I haven't tried subbing applesauce or banana for the fat and therefore can't vouch for the taste of that substitution.If baking, preheat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients in a mug or 1-cup dish (or two 1/2-cup dishes). Either bake around 14 minutes, OR microwave until set. Microwave times will vary depending on wattage and if using one or two dishes - I cooked mine for 1 minute, followed by two 10-second increments. BROWNIE IN A MUG

Steps:

• Stir sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and salt together in a mug. Add water and olive oil; stir until mixture is evenly moist.
• Cook in microwave for 1 minute 40 seconds. Serve topped with ice cream.

Steps:

• In a mug, add butter, milk, vanilla and dash of salt. Whisk well with a fork.
• Add cocoa powder/milo, whisk well. Add sugar, whisk well. Add flour, whisk well.
• Microwave for 60 to 75 seconds. Centre should be slightly molten. Be careful, the mug and brownie WILL BE HOT.
• Optional: Sprinkle with caster sugar. Put the brownie in the fridge for 5-10 minutes to cool down.
• Enjoy your brownie, peanut butter and nuttella always taste great with this brownie, you can also try it with icecream.

EASY BROWNIE IN A MUG

Steps:

• Stir flour, sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt together in a microwave-safe mug. Stir water, oil, and vanilla extract into flour mixture with a fork until smooth.
• Microwave until set, 1 to 5 minutes.

Steps:

• Cook in the microwave: Microwave, uncovered, on high power for 1 minute. You may need to adjust the time for less or more powerful microwaves. If you don't know the power level on your microwave, start with 1 minute and continue cooking in 10-second increments until the brownie is done. For a 1000-watt microwave 1 minute is good; for 1650-watt microwaves, we recommend 1 minute and 10 seconds. After cooking, the brownie should still look a tad moist, not dry. Some wet-looking spots are okay; those will set up as the brownie rests.

1 MINUTE CHOCOLATE CHIP BROWNIES IN A MUG

Steps:

• In a large bowl, whisk together the egg and the oil.
• Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
• Spray two regular sized mugs with cooking spray.
• Divide the batter into the two mugs.
• Microwave each mug for approximately 1 minute. The brownie should rise and look springy. Let cool for 5 minutes.
• Top with whipped topping.

MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE MUG BROWNIE

Steps:

• In a coffee mug, add water/milk, melted butter/oil, a dash of salt and vanilla extract. Whisk well.
• Add cocoa powder, whisk well. Add sugar, whisk well. Add flour, whisk well.
• Microwave for 60 seconds. Center should be slightly molten. Careful not to overcook.
• Enjoy with a spoon. Careful, brownie will be hot.

DELICIOUS MUG BROWNIE

Steps:

• Mix all the brownie ingredients, and add chocolate chips (optional), with a fork until thoroughly mixed.
• Make sure to scrape all ingredients that are stuck on the bottom and the sides of the cup...
• Place in the microwave and heat for (see times below) making sure the brownie is still moist in the middle.
• Approx. 1:45 (750 watt)
• Approx. 1:30 (850 watt)
• Approx. 1:15 (950 watt)
• Note: I have only managed to test at 850 watts and the above are just estimates.
• Leave for 2 minutes to continue to cook and cool down a little bit.
• Add the ice-cream to the top and serve!
