APEROL SPRITZ
The classic Aperol spritz is worth the hype! It's light and bubbly, with hints of citrus and herbs: one of the most refreshing mixed drinks of all time.

Steps:
- Add the Aperol to a glass filled with ice and stir. Top with the sparkling wine and soda water.
- Squeeze in the orange wedge and stir gently, then serve. Serve with a straw to minimize dilution!
APEROL SPRITZER
Steps:
- For each drink, fill a 14- to 16-ounce tumbler three-quarters full with ice. Fill each glass two-thirds full with Prosecco, add 2 ounces of the Aperol, a splash of San Pellegrino, and an orange slice, and stir. Serve ice cold.
CLASSIC WHITE WINE SPRITZER
The simple no-frills classic! For more flavor, you can add some peach schnapps or flavored soda (orange) for a different taste.
