Steps:

  • Build the cocktail carefully in a rocks glass over large cold ice cubes by first pouring the Prosecco. Add the club soda and finish with the Campari. Stir gently and garnish with the olive.

This drink is for a lighter Italian drink to serve at lunch, brunch or anytime you don't want a full cocktail but want some delicious flavors. It comes from Ina Garten's Back To Basics cookbook 2008. This was also on one of her love episodes. It is a lighter version of the evening cocktail she makes with the same liquor Campari.
