- Preheat oven to 350°. In a microwave, melt chocolate and butter; stir until smooth. Cool slightly. Dissolve coffee granules in hot water. In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar. Stir in vanilla, chocolate mixture and coffee mixture. Combine flour and salt; gradually add to chocolate mixture until blended. Fold in walnuts., Transfer to a greased and floured 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack., For topping, in a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until blended. Add confectioners' sugar, cinnamon and vanilla; beat on low speed until combined. Spread over bars. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour., For glaze, dissolve coffee granules in hot water. In a microwave, melt chocolate and butter; cool slightly. Stir in cream and coffee mixture. Spread over cream cheese layer. Let stand until set. Cut into bars. Refrigerate leftovers. Freeze option: Securely wrap and freeze cooled brownies in plastic wrap and foil. To use, thaw at room temperature.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray; lightly flour.
- In medium bowl, stir bar ingredients with spoon until well blended. Spread in pan.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- In small bowl, mix glaze ingredients until smooth and thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle glaze over warm bars. For bars, cut into 8 rows by 4 rows. Serve warm or cool.

- Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Grease a 20 x 30cm baking or roasting tin and line with baking parchment. To make the sponge batter, beat the butter, flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, yogurt, vanilla, cocoa and half the coffee in a large bowl with an electric whisk until lump-free. Spoon into the tin, then bake for 25-30 mins until golden and risen and a skewer poked in comes out clean. Drizzle with some of the remaining coffee.
- Cool in the tin while you stir the icing sugar into the mascarpone. Spread over the cooled cake, dust with a little cocoa and scatter with the coffee beans.

I make these often it's a wonderful easy recipe and they are very moist! Serving size is only estimated depending on the size you cut the squares. You can even add in nuts in place of the chocolate chips or use about 6 ounces each!

- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a large cookie sheet.
- In a bowl combine oil, sugar and eggs, beat until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine dry ingredients, except chocolate chips, then add to the oil/sugar mixture; mix well.
- Add the vanilla and coffee; mix until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Spread on a cookie sheet.
- Bake for about 35 minutes or until bars tests done.

- Heat oven to 350°F Grease bottom only of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. In medium saucepan, melt 1/4 cup of butter; stir in flour until smooth. Add brown sugar and 2 eggs; mix well. Cook over medium-low heat 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat. Dissolve instant coffee in hot water; stir into filling. Add 2 t. bourbon, vanilla and pecans; mix well. Set aside.
- In large bowl combine brownie mix, coffee, oil and 1 egg; beat 50 strokes by hand. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Spread in greased pan. Spoon and spread flling evenly over top.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes or until set and deep golden brown. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
- In small saucepan over very low heat, melt glaze ingredients, stirring constantly. Immediately drizzle over warm brownies. Cool completely. To serve, beat topping ingredients until stiff peaks form. Top each dessert square with whipped cream. Garnish with chocolate dipped pecans, if desired. Store in refrigerator.

- Line an 8-inch square baking dish with aluminum foil and grease the foil with about 1 teaspoon butter.
- Melt 1 cup butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk, corn syrup, and coffee granules into the melted butter. Clip candy thermometer to the side of the saucepan. Cook and stir brown sugar-butter mixture over medium heat until caramel reaches 248 degrees F (120 degrees C), about 20 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat.
- Stir walnuts, vanilla extract, and orange zest into caramel; pour into prepared baking dish. Let caramel cool to room temperature.
- Remove caramel from dish and peel aluminum foil from caramel; discard foil. Slice caramels into squares.
