CARAMEL APPLE DUMP CAKE RECIPE
A quick and easy apple caramel cake that no one will guess took so little effort to make. The flavors are perfect for fall and the easy dessert makes a great holiday dessert. This 4 ingredient cake is a true dump cake, no mixing bowl needed.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat an 8 x 11 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Dump the canned apples into the baking dish and spread out.
- Drizzle the caramel sauce over the apples, spread out with a spoon if there are clumps of caramel bits.
- Next, dump the dry cake mix over the layers of apple filling and caramel. Spread the mix out to cover the wet ingredients.
- Pour the melted butter over the cake mix layer, Distribute as evenly as you can, but don't fuss over it. The point of this recipe is it keep it super easy.
- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown at edges.
- Serve warm. Top the cake with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream if you like. Pretty much anything that would be good with apple pie works well with this dessert.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13×9 casserole dish and set aside.
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together apple pie filling, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour into the casserole dish and smooth with a spatula.
- Arrange carmael squares on top of apple filling layer and then top with yellow cake mix. Smooth cake mix into an even layer.
- Pour melted butter evenly on top of the cake mix. You can add more cinnamon on top of the butter if you would like (I do!).
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is lightly browned and the edges are bubbling.
- Scoop into serving bowls and top with ice cream and caramel sauce, if desired.

- In a greased 9 X 13 inch baking dish, mix apple pie filling and caramel sauce.
- You may add in the 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, if desired.
- Spread evenly in the pan.
- Pour dry cake mix directly on top of the pie filling and spread evenly.
- Top with melted butter and pecans. (optional).
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until top is golden brown and apple filling is bubbly.

- Preheat oven to 375º Fahrenheit.
- Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
- Spread the apple pie filling evenly in the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Heat the caramel dip for 30 seconds in the microwave. Use a knife to mix the caramel. Heat for another 20-30 seconds or until the caramel is softened. It just needs to be soft enough to dollop over the apples.
- Dollop spoonfuls of caramel dip evenly over the apples.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the caramel and apples.
- Drizzly the melted butter evenly over the dry cake mix
- Sprinkle the pecans on top.
- Bake in oven for 45-55 minutes or until you see bubbling on the sides of the cake.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream and caramel on top.
