500 g strawberries
100 g sugar
3 tablespoons honey
200 g cottage cheese
2 tablespoons of fresh mint, chopped
250 g low-fat Quark cheese

Steps:

  • Clean the strawberries and halve the bigger ones.
  • Boil 100 ml water in a pot, dissolve the sugar, and add the strawberries. Simmer circa 5 minutes Allow the syrup and strawberries to cool.
  • Mix cottage cheese, honey, 1 tbsp mint, and quark. Spread the mixture over 4 small plates.
  • Take the strawberries from the syrup and put them on the cheese mixture. Garnish with the remainder of the mint.

15 caramels
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1/2 cup chopped nuts (I used the ones in a can for ice cream sundaes)

Steps:

  • Melt caramels and cream in microwave.
  • Dip strawberries in caramel.
  • Roll in nuts before caramel sets.
  • Keep in cool place (refrigerator) until ready to serve.

2 teaspoons coconut oil
18 strawberries
⅓ cup cookie crumb
caramel sauce, for drizzling
3 oz Great Value® Chocolate Sprinkles

Steps:

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the baking chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals until completely melted.
  • Dip the strawberries in the melted candy to completely coat, leaving only the green tops bare. Lay the coated strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle each strawberry with cookie crumbs, drizzle with caramel sauce, and finish with chocolate sprinkles.
  • Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
