Caravella Iced Tea Recipes

CARAVELLA SWEET TEA

Steps:

• Combine 1 oz. chilled Caravella Limoncello Liqueur and unsweetened iced tea in a shaker. Shake well and pour into a tall glass filled with ice. Add sugar to taste. Garnish with fresh lemon.

EARL GREY ICED TEA

Steps:

• For the syrup: In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer until the sugar has dissolved, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the syrup to cool, about 20 minutes.
• For the tea: In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add the tea bags and lemon slices. Let the mixture cool to room temperature, about 1 hour. Remove the tea bags and discard.
• Pour the syrup and tea mixture into an ice-filled pitcher. Pour into glasses and add a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.

CARAVELLA ICED TEA

Steps:

• Add Limoncello to a tall glass of ice.
• Fill with unsweetened iced tea.
• Add sugar to taste,garnish with a slice of lemon.
• Enjioy!

NAPA VALLEY ICED TEA

Steps:

• Put vodka, tea and sugar in a pitcher and give it a good stir to mix. Pour over ice in a Collins glass and top off each glass with a splash of lemon-lime soda. Serve with a slice of lemon.

LONG ISLAND ICED TEA

Steps:

• In a cocktail mixer full of ice, combine vodka, gin, rum, triple sec and tequila. Add orange juice and cola. Shake vigorously until frothy. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice, and garnish with wedge of lemon.

SPEARMINT ICED TEA

Steps:

• Combine the water, sugar and tea bags in medium heatproof bowl.
• Set aside for 30 mins to infuse.
• Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill.
• Combine the gin, rum, Drambuie and lemon juice in a serving jug.
• Add ice, mint and tea mixture and stir to combine.
• Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
