- Gradually while still beating add sugar followed by gelatine.
- Place in container and freeze for several hours stirring occasionally.
INSTANT BREAKFAST ICE CREAM SHAKE
Whenever my kids are not feeling well and ask for a shake, I like to add a packet of Carnation Instant Breakfast / Essentials to it to make it filling and get a little substance into their bellies. My kids prefer the milk chocolate flavored powder, but feel free to use whatever flavor you like.
