CHAI TEA FROM SCRATCH
No coffee creamer or instant tea here. Wait until you catch the aroma of this wafting through your house! Adapted from several online sources with inspiration most notably from my own spice stash, but also from the side box of Yogi tea, and chaitearecipes.com, etc. Be sure the milk or milk substitute you use is very fresh!

- Mix together the coarsely ground spices with the tea leaves of your choice and add in crushed up stevia leaves if desired.
- Your chai tea is now ready for using. You can either spoon in around a tsp. of the mixture into teabags to have ready to use chai teabags for individual servings, or add the desired amount to a teapot.
