Steps:
- Spray 13x9-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. Spread bread in baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with 1 1/2 cups of the cheese; mix lightly with bread. Sprinkle with tomatoes.
- In medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, mustard, basil and salt with fork or wire whisk; pour over bread mixture. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 2 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
- Heat oven to 350°F. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, cook bacon over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until crisp; drain on paper towel.
- Crumble bacon. Sprinkle bacon and remaining 1/2 cup cheese over strata. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

- Preheat oven to 350°F Lightly oil a 9 x 13 glass baking dish. In a large bowl, toss the bread with the olive oil and spread on a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes, tossing once or twice, until the bread is golden and lightly crispy.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the bacon over moderately high heat, stirring occasionally, until crisp, about 8 minutes. Transfer the bacon to paper towels to drain: reserve 2 Tablespoons of the fat in the skillet.
- Add the onion to the skillet and cook over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook until liquid is evaporated, about 3 minutes.
- Return the toasted bread cubes to the bowl. Add the contents of the skillet, along with the bacon, shredded cheeses, chives and broth. Stir until the bread is evenly moistened. Spread the mixture in the baking dish and cover with lightly oiled foil.
- Bake the bread mixture in the center of the oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake until the top is crispy, about 15 minutes longer. Carefully remove the baking dish from the oven and using a ladle, press 6 indentations into the bread mixture (you can do 8 if you want to). Crack an egg into each indentation. Return the dish to the oven and bake for about 15 minutes, until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still runny. Cook longer if you do not want runny yolks.

- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. Place tomatoes in single layer in pan. Roast 20 minutes or until tomatoes collapse and begin to brown.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Place potatoes in baking dish. Sprinkle with roasted tomatoes and chives; toss gently.
- In large bowl, beat 1 of the eggs, the mustard, salt and pepper with whisk until blended. Add remaining 11 eggs, the egg product and milk; beat with whisk until blended. Pour over potatoes in dish. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese.

- Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 10 minutes. Remove bacon from pan, reserving drippings in the skillet. Crumble when cool enough to handle.
- Add onion to drippings in the skillet; saute for 4 minutes. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Remove from heat; combine onion mixture and bacon.
- Whisk milk, eggs, basil, thyme, salt, and pepper together in a bowl until well combined.
- Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and arrange 1/2 of the bread cubes in the bottom.
- Top bread cubes with 2/3 cup Cheddar cheese, 1/2 of the onion mixture, and 6 tomato slices. Pour 1/2 of the milk mixture over tomatoes. Top with remaining bread cubes and 2/3 cup Cheddar. Top with remaining onion mixture, tomato slices, and milk mixture. Cover and place in the refrigerator to chill at least 8 hours or up to 24 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Bake strata in the preheated oven, uncovered, for 55 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese and bake until cheese melts, an additional 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. - The night before baking, butter an 8-by-12 inch baking dish and set aside. In a large skillet over medium heat, fry bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels and allow to cool.
- In a large bowl whisk together the milk, mace, cheese, 1/4 cup ketchup and eggs. Lay bread, slightly overlapping, in two rows down length of dish. Pour milk mixture evenly over slices. Crumble bacon over top. Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
