Ingredients

3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup minced chives or green onions
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
8 to 10 cups torn salad greens
1 medium cucumber, sliced
4 radishes, sliced
Italian salad dressing

Steps:

In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Chill for at least 30 minutes. , Shape into 1/2-in. balls; roll into walnuts. Just before serving, combine the salad greens, cucumber and radishes in a large salad bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat. Top with cheese balls.

2 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
⅛ teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon water, or more as needed
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
1 (5 ounce) container Old English Sharp Proc Cheese Spread KFT
¼ cup minced onion
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 cups finely chopped walnuts, divided

Steps:

Combine 2 ounces cream cheese, blue cheese, and vinegar in a small bowl. Add water, stir until creamy, and transfer to a larger bowl.
Add remaining cream cheese, processed cheese spread, onion, and onion powder; mix until well combined. Mix in 1/2 cup walnuts until incorporated and shape into a ball.
Spread plastic wrap on the counter and spread remaining walnuts over top. Roll cheese ball in nuts until completely covered, then place into a bowl to help it keep its shape. Refrigerate until firm, 8 hours to overnight.

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, room temperature
2 packages cream cheese (8 ounces each), room temperature
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons mango chutney
1 cup toasted pecans
Crackers, for serving

Steps:

Place cheddar, cream cheese, butter, milk, and chutney in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment; mix until well combined. Transfer mixture to refrigerator; let chill overnight. Roll cheese mixture into a ball. Place pecans in a shallow dish. Roll cheese ball in pecans to fully coat. Serve with crackers.

Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth. Add cheese, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, parley, garlic powder, oregano and pepper and mix well to combine.
Use a rubber spatula to scrape the sides of the bowl and gather the mixture into one lump. Lightly grease your hands and form the mixture into a round ball.
Place the pecans on a plate. Hold the cheese ball in one hand and use the other hand to scoop the pecans onto the outside of the ball, pressing them in gently and turning the ball to coat all sides.
Cover the cheeseball in cling wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour to allow it to firm up. Take it out of the refrigerator about 20 minutes before serving to allow it to soften just slightly. Serve with crackers, pretzels, vegetables or anything else you'd love to dip in cheese!
