- Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until no longer pink, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire, mustard, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
- Place the pita breads on 2 baking sheets. Spread the pizza sauce over the pitas, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Top with the onion, then the beef, tomatoes, and cheese. Bake until crusts are golden brown and crisp, 10 to 12 minutes. Top with the arugula.

You won't believe how good this Cheeseburger Flatbread Pizza is. It's literally a cheeseburger on a pizza...loaded with hamburger, cheese, pickles, and special sauce.

Steps:
- Mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and sweet pickle relish
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Brush both sides of both Naan pieces of bread with the olive oil.
- Sprinkle one side of each with the sesame seeds (optional)
- Cook on a cookie sheet for 15 minutes until it browns.
- Cook ground beef, strain the extra grease.
- Spread equal amounts of the sauce on each of the Naan pieces.
- Add the ground beef on top.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle 2 ounces of the cheddar cheese on each pizza.
- Divide the pickle slices between each pizza.
- Return the flatbread pizzas to the oven and cook for 5-6 minutes, until the cheese starts to melt.
- Remove the pizzas from the oven, top each with shredded lettuce.
- Slice and serve.

- Place a baking stone or inverted large baking sheet on the lowest rack of the oven and preheat to 450 degrees F.
- Cook the beef in a medium skillet over medium heat just until no longer pink, about 4 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the beef to paper towels to drain and let cool 5 minutes. Put the cooled beef in a bowl, stir in the mustard to coat and sprinkle with some salt and pepper.
- Dust a sheet of parchment paper set on a pizza peel or inverted baking sheet with some flour. Stretch the pizza dough into a round (12 inches for thick or 14 inches for thinner) on the parchment and brush the edge of the round with the oil, then sprinkle it with the sesame seeds.
