- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and chili powder over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Set aside.
- In small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese and onion; set aside.
- In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix and cold water with fork until soft dough forms. Using fingers dipped in Bisquick mix, press dough in bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of pan. Layer beef, tomatoes and bell pepper on dough. Spoon sour cream mixture over top; spread evenly over vegetables to cover.
- Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes or until edges of dough are light brown.

- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish or 2-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cook ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain. Stir in soup mix, chopped tomatoes, rice and water. Bring to a boil. Pour into sprayed baking dish. Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake at 400°F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Uncover; top with tomato slices; sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

- Cook egg noodles per package directions.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown beef until meat is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- Add oil if needed.
- Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, salt and pepper and simmer 5 minutes.
- With an electric mixer, beat together sour cream, cream cheese, and cottage cheese in a medium bowl.
- Fold in onions and bell pepper and mix well.
- In 9 x 13-inch baking dish lightly coated with cooking spray, add half of the noodles, half the cheese mixture and half the meat mixture in layers.
- Repeat layers, ending with meat.
- Top with cheddar cheese.

- Stir gravy mix, water, and milk together in a bowl until dissolved and smooth.
