Your pigskin party isn't complete without this cute and tasty cheese ball! Serve with your favorite crackers.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
¼ cup finely chopped green onions
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
½ (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
½ slice American cheese, sliced into strips

Steps:

  • Mix together the cream cheese, shredded Cheddar, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, and taco seasoning mix in a large bowl. Press the cheese mixture into a ball, turn it out onto a sheet of plastic wrap.
  • Use the plastic wrap to press the cheese ball into the shape of a football by flattening the ball and rounding each end. Place the cheese football on a plate, arrange the strips of American cheese like laces on the top of the cheese football. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.

1 (8 ounce) package shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 (12 ounce) package bacon bits
6 pimento strips

Steps:

  • beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese and mayonnaise on medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add green onions and black pepper, mix well.
  • Cover, refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  • Form into football shape, cover with bacon bits.
  • Place pimento on top to form the lacing of football.
  • Serve with ritz crackers or whatever cracker u want.
  • Makes a 2 cup football.

Three 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
3 cups shredded aged Cheddar
1 cup grated romano
3/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 cups toasted pecans, finely chopped in a food processor
1 cup dried cranberries, chopped in a food processor
Sriracha sauce
Chips, veggies or hunks of crusty French bread, for serving

Steps:

  • Combine the cream cheese, Cheddar, romano, sour cream, hot sauce and Worcestershire in a bowl. Using a handheld mixer, whip until combined. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary.
  • Plop the cheese mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and cover in plastic wrap. Using your hands, mold the cheese into a football shape. Remove the plastic, cover evenly with the nuts and cranberries and, using Sriracha, draw football laces on top. Set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Serve with chips, veggies or hunks of crusty French bread.

1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
5 ounces tomato sauce
5 ounces diced tomatoes, drained
1 (4.5 ounce) can chopped green chilies
¼ cup red onion, chopped
1 pinch cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the pot until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
  • Stir cheese, kidney beans, tomato sauce, tomatoes, green chilies, red onion, and cayenne pepper with the beef. Reduce heat to low. Cook and stir beef mixture until the cheese is melted completely, about 10 minutes.

8 oz. KRAFT Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, cut into 24 slices
24 round buttery crackers
1/2 of a medium red pepper, cut into very thin slices

Steps:

  • Cut each cheese slice into football shape with sharp knife; place 1 cheese slice on each cracker. Place cheese trimmings in resealable plastic bag and store in refrigerator for snacking or another use.
  • Cut peppers into small pieces. Arrange on top of cheese to resemble the laces and seams of a football.
