- Whisk the ketchup, chili sauce, horseradish, brown sugar, lemon juice, hot sauce, garlic salt, and onion powder together in a bowl until the sugar has dissolved; cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

CHESAPEAKE BAY-STYLE SHRIMP COCKTAIL
Steps:
- To a large saute pan, with a lid, over medium-high heat, add the water and shrimp and cover until cooked, about 5 to 10 minutes. Remove the shrimp with tongs to a medium bowl and let cool. Add the seafood seasoning and toss well to coat the shrimp.
- In a small mixing bowl, add the lemon juice, mayonnaise, ketchup and seafood seasoning. Whisk until incorporated. Divide the cocktail sauce evenly among 6 ramekins.
- Put each ramekin in a slightly larger bowl and divide the shrimp evenly to the inside of the bowls before serving.

- Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a roasting pan, combine cereal, pretzels, crackers, and peanuts. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, lemon juice, and hot-pepper sauce. Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture and stir until ingredients are completely coated. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Transfer mixture to two rimmed baking sheets to cool completely.

- Combine egg and next 7 ingredients; stir in crabmeat.
- Shape into 6 (3 inch) patties.
- Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Combine 3 tbsp mayonnaise and 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning; spread evenly on crab cakes.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until golden.
