- Preheat oven to 375°. Cook pasta according to package directions. , Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine chicken, soup, bacon, milk and mayonnaise. Stir in tomatoes and spinach. , Drain pasta; stir into chicken mixture. Transfer to two greased 8-in. square baking dishes. Sprinkle with cheese., Cover and bake until bubbly and cheese is melted, 35-40 minutes. Freeze option: Cover and freeze unbaked casseroles for up to 3 months. To use, thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 375°. Cover and bake until bubbly, 60-70 minutes.,

Great light luncheon dish. I got this recipe from a friend who made it for a bridal shower that I attended.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Unroll one package of crescent rolls acoss one end of a 10x15 inch pan with longest sides of dough across width of pan.
- Repeat with remaining package of dough, filling pan.
- Seal perferations and press dough up sides of the pan to form a crust.
- Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- remove to cooling rack and cool completely.
- Place cream cheese, mayonaise, garlic, and dill in a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over cooled crust.
- Sprinkle chicken evenly over filling.
- Sprinkle cucumber, tomatoes,cheese and bacon over chicken.
- Cut into 12 squares.

- Preheat oven to 375
- Unroll one package of crescent rolls across one end of the bar pan with longest sides of dough across the width of the pan. Repeat with other package. Use the baker's roller to seal the perforations and press up the sides to form a crust. Bake 12-15 minutes, till golden, then remove to stackable cooling rack and cool completely.
- Place cream cheese, mayo, garlic and seasoning mix in a bowl, mix until smooth. Spread this mixture over the cooled crust using the large spreader. Sprinkle chicken over filling. Score cucumber lengthwise. Remove seeds with corer. Thinly slice using slice & grate. Cut slices into quarters. Slice tomatoes in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Dice tomatoes. Grate cheese. Sprinkle cucumber, tomatoes, cheese and bacon over filling. Slice with pizza cutter and serve.

- Lay toasted bread slices side by side on a clean work surface and divide mayonnaise between them. Divide chicken between two slices of bread, followed by tomato slices, avocado, and bacon. Season with salt and pepper. Top with lettuce, place one bread "stack" on top of the other, and close sandwich with remaining slice of bread.
- Spear each pickle with a 6- to 8-inch wooden or metal skewer and secure two corners of the sandwich from top to bottom with skewers. Cut sandwich in half and serve immediately.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Spread the rice into the bottom of the prepared casserole dish.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir flour in melted butter until frothy, 2 to 3 minutes; add half-and-half, chicken broth, rosemary, and salt to the saucepan. Stirring continually, cook the broth mixture until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Stir cooked chicken, mushrooms, bell pepper, and pimentos into the sauce; cook until the chicken is hot, 2 to 3 minutes. Pour the chicken mixture over the rice; stir lightly.
- Bake in preheated oven until heated through and the rice is very tender, about 30 minutes.

- Preheat Oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, add the cracker crumbs and and Italian dressing mix, and stir until well-combined.
- Melt the butter in a separate bowl.
- Dip the chicken breast in the butter, and roll in the cracker crumbs.
- Place on prepared baking pan.
- Sprinkle with pepper to cook.
- Bake for 1 hours at 375 degrees, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees.
