Chicken, apples, toasted almonds, celery and green onions are tossed with herb-flavored mayo for irresistible flavor.

1 Granny Smith apple, chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Flame Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
1 pkg. (2 oz.) slivered almonds, toasted
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 green onions, sliced
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. ground thyme
1/8 tsp. each black pepper, garlic powder, ground sage, dried oregano leaves and dried rosemary leaves

Steps:

  • Toss apples with lemon juice in large bowl. Add chicken, nuts, vegetables and parsley; mix lightly.
  • Mix remaining ingredients until blended. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

4 cups cubed, cooked chicken
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup creamy salad dressing, e.g. Miracle Whip ™
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
1 cup halved green grapes
1 cup blanched slivered almonds, toasted
½ cup chopped water chestnuts
¼ cup shredded lettuce

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken with the lemon juice. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
  • Mix the salad dressing, salt, pineapple, grapes, almonds, water chestnuts and lettuce into the chicken until evenly combined. Chill until serving.

4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 large carrot, shredded
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
½ pound sugar snap peas, halved
2 cups chopped, cooked chicken breast meat
½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
½ cup blanched slivered almonds, toasted
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 ½ tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon ground dry mustard

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix together the onions, carrot, red pepper, peas, chicken, cilantro and almonds. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, teriyaki sauce and dry mustard until smooth. Pour over salad mixture and toss until coated. Serve in pita pockets or on a bed of lettuce.

6 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried, crumbled
4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
3/4 cup sliced almonds (about 3 ounces), toasted
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
3 large green onions, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Whisk oil, vinegar, and rosemary in small bowl to blend; season dressing with salt and pepper. Place chicken in shallow dish. Add 1/4 cup dressing; turn chicken to coat. Let stand 15 minutes.
  • Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, still coated with dressing, to skillet. Sauté until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to work surface. Cool chicken 5 minutes; cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
  • Combine chicken, almonds, celery, and green onions in large bowl. Add remaining dressing and toss to blend. Season salad with salt and pepper.

1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Steps:

  • Prepare lettuce. Slice green onions. Toast almonds (watch closely). Bake breast and shred with fork.
  • For dressing, combine ingredients and cook until dissolved over medium heat.
  • To serve, combine all ingredients and toss with dressing.
