I've had this recipe for a long time. It's great for parties and football get-togethers. With just three ingredients, it's very easy to prepare. Serve it hot with your favorite corn chips.

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (15 ounce) can chili without beans
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained

Steps:

  • In a medium, microwave safe bowl, mix cream cheese, chili without beans and diced tomatoes with green chile peppers.
  • Microwave cream cheese mixture on high 1 minute. Remove from microwave, stir and repeat until the mixture is hot and thoroughly blended.

2 (15 ounce) cans chili with beans
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup chunky salsa
1 (13 ounce) can roast beef, shredded
1 (14.5 ounce) package tortilla chips

Steps:

  • Place chili, cream cheese, salsa, and roast beef in a large saucepan. Heat slowly, stirring occasionally until the mixture comes to a slow boil. Serve with chips and enjoy!

2011-06-05 Chili’s has now added three new options to the already great Triple Dipper appetizer. They’ve added Loaded Potato Skins (also great for picky kids), Honey-Chipotle Shrimp, and Memphis BBQ Skins. I was a little disappointed that our local Chili’s didn’t have the new Triple Dipper additions yet. I would have loved to try the Honey-Chipotle Shrimp. Yum!
