CHILI LIME CHICKEN WINGS
Chili Lime Chicken Wings. These BAKED chicken wings are simple to make and loaded with flavor thanks to a mixture of chili sauce and fresh lime juice and zest. The skin is so crispy on these you won't believe they aren't fried!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450. Line large baking sheet with foil and place wire rack on top. Set aside.
- Dry chicken wings and drumettes with paper towels. Get the chicken as dry as possible.
- Add baking powder, salt and pepper to a large bowl, mix together. Add the chicken and coat the chicken in the baking powder mixture.
- Lay the chicken on the baking sheet on top of the wire rack, make sure the chicken is not touching.
- Bake chicken for 20 minutes. Flip the chicken over using tongs or forks and bake again for 15 more minutes.
- While the chicken is baking, prepare the sauce. Combine the chili garlic sauce, honey, melted butter, and lime juice and zest in a small bowl. Stir together. If the butter won't mix, heat the sauce in microwave or in a saucepan briefly just until combined.
- After the chicken has baked, remove from the oven, brush with the sauce.
- Cook the chicken for an additional 15 minutes with the sauce on. Remove from the oven and serve.

CHILLI CHICKEN WINGS

Steps:
- Place your chicken wings into a large plastic bag or a large mixing bowl. Mix together all the marinade ingredients and stir in the oil to make a paste. Pour this over your wings and give them a good mix to make sure they are all evenly coated.I do this in a bag because you can really mix in the marinade and the wings get a really good coating.Place in the fridge for a couple of hours.
- Pre heat your oven to 200 degree C, line a baking tray with foil and then a layer of baking paper. Place a oven rack over your tray.
- Evenly spread the wings on the tray. Try not to overlap, so they cook evenly and get nice and crispy while cooking.Place into your preheated oven for 40 minutes and cook until golden and crisp.
- For your sauce.In a large fry pan, heat the oil on a high heat, add your chopped onion and fry until soften, but don't brown to much.
- Add the soy, ketchup, oyster and sriracha sauces, bring to a simmer, add in your sugar and then add the cooked wings and give a good mix to really coat the wings.
- Lastly add the sliced spring onion and red chilli, give a quick mix and serve.Happy burning lips, enjoy!

Steps:
- Place chilli, ginger, water, soya sauce, vinegar and sugar in a deep frying pan, and simmer over medium heat.
- Allow to simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add chicken wings and cook covered for 35 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove lid from pan and continue cooking for 25 minutes, turning the chicken pieces till it is cooked and well coated in the chilli sauce.
- Stir through the coriander leaves and serve with steamed rice and greens.

CHILI BBQ'D CHICKEN WINGS
Steps:
- 1. Whisk the chili, sugar, cayenne, vinegar, 3 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a bowl to make a thick paste. Put half the paste in a large re-sealable plastic bag.
- 2. Remove the wing tips and discard. Pat the wings dry. Add the wings to the bag and seal. Toss the wings in a bag to evenly coat with the mixture. Marinate at room temperature 30 minutes or refrigerate up to 2 hours.
- 3. Preheat a grill over medium-high heat. Lightly brush the grill grate with oil. Evenly arrange the wings on the grill, cook until crisp and just cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Brush the wings with the reserved rub and continue to grill until glazed, about 2 minutes more. Transfer the wings to a platter. Serve.

- Preheat oven to 400oF.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place chicken wings on baking sheet.
- Salt and pepper the wings.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- While wings are baking, whisk remaining ingredients together in a small bowl. After 15 minutes of baking, remove wings from oven and brush them with sauce.

- Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/ gas 6. Tip the chicken wings into a large bowl and toss with the cumin, sumac, flour and plenty of seasoning. Spread out over a large baking tray, drizzle with oil and cook for 35 mins, turning halfway through cooking.
- Meanwhile, make the glaze. Put the dates, chillis, sugar and vinegar in a food processor with 100ml water and blitz. Pour into a saucepan and bubble for 5 mins until thick and glossy.

- Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Toss the chicken wings in some oil and seasoning in a baking tray. Cook for 30 mins. Combine the butter, hot chilli sauce, sugar and maple syrup in a saucepan with a good pinch of salt, and bubble until thick and glossy.
