Ingredients

8 oz plain Greek yogurt, (I used non-fat)
8 oz sour cream, (I used light)
1 packet ranch dressing mix
5 slices bacon, , cooked and crumbled
1 chipotle in adobo, (or plain jalapeno)

Steps:

Mix everything together in a bowl.
Place in the fridge for 2 hours for the flavors to come together
Serve chilled with chips or veggies

This spicy cheese dip recipe is perfect for any party or for the big game. Bacon and green onions work well with the chipotle peppers. Great with crackers, pita crisps, tortilla chips, etc.

Ingredients

1 package cream cheese (, (8oz/227g brick))
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
2 tbsp adobo sauce
8 green onions (, thinly sliced)
10 slices bacon (, cooked and crumbled)

Steps:

In a food processor, blend together the cream cheese, sour cream, grated cheddar, chipotle peppers, and adobo sauce until smooth and the peppers are blended into the cheeses and sour cream.
Dump cheese mixture into a bowl and stir in the sliced green onions and crumbled bacon.
Serve crackers, toasted baguettes or tortilla chips.

8 ounces mayonnaise
8 ounces sour cream
1 (7 ounce) can chipotle chiles in adobo
1 ounce jar hormel real bacon bits
1 cup kraft finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Steps:

Finely chop chipotle peppers.
Mix peppers with sour cream and mayonnaise.
Fold in bacon and cheddar cheese.
Refrigerate for at least two hours.
Serve with Frito Scoops.

1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
2 green onions, sliced
Wheat Thins

Steps:

Mix sour cream and soup mix in medium bowl until blended. Add cheese, 2/3 of the bacon, peppers, adobo sauce and paprika. Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with remaining bacon and onions. Serve with Wheat Thins.
