Ingredients:

  1. hass avocadoes
  2. maple syrup
  3. sugar
  4. coconut oil
  5. vanilla extract
  6. balsamic vinegar
  7. low sodium soy sauce
  8. cocoa powder
  9. raspberries
  10. fresh mint leaves
  11. dark chocolate

Steps:

  1. place first seven ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth
  2. sift cocoa powder with a metal strainer to remove lumps , then add to avocado mixture and blend until smooth
  3. at this point you can refrigerate the pudding in a tightly-sealed container for up to a week or freeze it for up to a month
  4. serve chilled , layered with raspberries , if desired , and garnished with fresh mint and shaved chocolate
