  3. eggs
  4. egg white
  5. unsweetened applesauce
  6. skim milk
  7. vanilla
  8. all-purpose flour
  9. splenda granular
  10. white sugar
  11. unsweetened cocoa powder
  12. salt
  13. baking soda
  14. baking powder
  15. cinnamon


  1. preheat oven to 350f
  2. spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray
  3. in a large bowl , combine the first seven ingredients and mix well
  4. add remaining ingredients and stir until well blended
  5. pour into prepared pan
  6. bake for 3035 minutes , until an inserted toothpick comes out clean
  7. cool
  8. cut into 15 servings
