WHOLE WHEAT CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD RECIPE

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees and grease a 9 × 5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the oil and honey together together with a whisk.
- Add the eggs and beat well, then whisk in the mashed bananas (you want about 1 cup of mashed banana) and milk. (If your coconut oil starts to solidify, warm it for about 10 seconds in the microwave until it's liquid again.)
- Mix in the baking soda, vanilla, salt and cinnamon, and whisk to blend.
- Using a large spoon, stir in the flour, just until combined (It's okay if it's a little lumpy!)
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into your greased loaf pan and and if desired, sprinkle lightly with cinnamon and additional chocolate chips.
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the bread cool in the loaf pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool for 20 minutes before slicing.

- Mix together the brown sugar, white sugar,butter, oil, applesauce, vanilla, and egg in a large bowl.
- Stir in flour, baking soda and salt.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop dough by the spoonful onto cookie sheets.
- Bake 8-10 minutes or until light brown (additional time may be needed).
- Cool slightly then remove cookies to cool on a wire rack.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl, mash the bananas and mix with eggs and applesauce.
- Add in the baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar and flours.
- Mix well.
- Grease a bread pan with cooking spray and pour the mixture into the pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
- Serve warm, either plain or with peanut butter or nutella!

- Grease two 8.5 x 4.5 (21.5 x 10-cm) loaf pans very thoroughly, or line with parchment. Alternatively, line 24 muffin cups with paper liners and spray the liners very lightly with nonstick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the butter and sugar, and beat with a mixer until smooth. Add the vanilla and eggs, and beat until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, beating just until they’re combined.
- Add the bananas and sour cream, and stir just until they’re combined. Stir in 3/4 cup (126 g) of chocolate chips and 1/2 cup (120 g) of toffee chips. Pour the mixture into the prepared pans or muffin tins. Sprinkle with the reserved chocolate chip and toffee chips.
