1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
1 cup chopped cashews
1 cup white vanilla baking chips
1 1/2 cups coconut
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup chopped red candied cherries

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. In 13x9-inch pan, melt butter while oven is heating.
  • Remove pan from oven. Stir cookie crumbs into butter; press evenly in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with cashews, baking chips, coconut and cherries. Pour condensed milk evenly over mixture.
  • Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 6 rows.

1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1/2 to 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/3 cups shredded coconut
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish, or line with cooking parchment paper.
  • In large bowl, beat Bisquick mix, sugar, milk, melted butter, vanilla and egg with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed 4 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Fold in 1/2 to 3/4 cup chocolate chips. Pour into pan.
  • Bake 20 minutes. Spread coconut over the top in an even layer. Next layer the 1 cup chocolate chips and the butterscotch chips. Evenly drizzle condensed milk all over the top. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and walnuts.
  • Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until top is golden brown. Cool at room temperature at least 2 hours before cutting into bars. The bars must be cooled before you cut into them, or you will get a gooey mess.

1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • In a mixing bowl combine flour, quick ccoking oatmeal (uncooked) brown sugar and baking soda.
  • Cut in 1/2 cup butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Remove 1/2 cup of the crumb mixture adding chopped nuts and set aside.
  • Press the remainder into the bottom of ungreased 9" pan.
  • In a small saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and 1 tablespoon of butter.
  • Cook over low heat heat until the chcolate melts, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  • Spread the chocolate mixture over the crumb crust; top with the crumb/nut mixture pressing lightly into the surface.
  • Bake 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden.
  • Cool in pan before cutting into bars.

I found a similar dessert at a bakery once and had to make my own recipe for chocolate raspberry crumble bars. I can barely tell the difference! If you love chocolate and berries, this is a good recipe for you! The drizzled chocolate makes for a very nice presentation.

½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup raspberry jam
¾ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup white sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 ½ tablespoons milk

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt for crust in a bowl. Add butter and cut in with a fork until crumbly. Press mixture into the prepared pan, pushing up the sides to form the crust. Spread raspberry jam evenly over the crust.
  • Combine flour and sugar for crumble topping in a bowl. Add butter and cut in with a fork until crumbly; sprinkle on top of jam.

Steps:

  • PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  • BEAT butter in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in flour, sugar and salt until crumbly. With floured fingers, press 2 cups crumb mixture onto bottom of prepared baking pan; reserve remaining mixture.
  • BAKE for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

3 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup cream of coconut
FILLING:
1/3 cup butter, softened
3 tablespoons cream of coconut
1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
3 cups confectioners' sugar
1 to 2 tablespoons 2% milk
TOPPING:
1-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
4 teaspoons canola oil
3 Mounds candy bars (1-3/4 ounces each), coarsely chopped, optional

Steps:

  • Microwave butter on high until melted; stir until smooth. Stir in cookie crumbs, coconut and cream of coconut until blended (mixture will be wet). Spread onto bottom of an ungreased 13x9-in. baking pan. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes., For filling, beat butter, cream of coconut and extract until smooth. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar and enough milk to reach a spreading consistency. Spread over crust., For topping, microwave chocolate chips and oil until melted; stir until smooth. 2 tablespoons grated lemon zest, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Line a 13x9-in. baking pan with parchment, letting ends extend up sides. In a large bowl, mix cracker crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom of prepared pan.   • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
