2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs (about 32 squares)
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon sugar
FILLING:
1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream, softened
1 jar (12-1/4 ounces) caramel ice cream topping
1 jar (11-3/4 ounces) hot fudge ice cream topping
1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
TOPPING:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon instant coffee granules
Additional miniature chocolate chips and chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • For crust, combine crumbs, butter, walnuts and sugar; press into an ungreased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes; cool completely., Spread half the ice cream over crust; spoon caramel and hot fudge toppings over ice cream. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and walnuts; freeze until firm. Spread with remaining ice cream over the top. Cover and freeze for at least 2 hours., In a large bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in sugar, cocoa, vanilla and coffee granules. Pipe or spoon onto dessert. Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips and walnuts. Return to freezer until 10 minutes before serving.

2 cups​ graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
8 ounces cream cheese (softened )
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 (16-ounce) large tub frozen whipped topping (thawed)
2 (3.9-ounce) packages chocolate instant pudding
3 cups cold milk
Optional: 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and the melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely before assembling the layers.
  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the confectioners' sugar until smooth. Stir in half of the whipped topping until well blended.
  • Spread the mixture over the cooled crust.
  • In another bowl, beat the pudding with the cold milk as directed on the package (but using only 3 cups of milk).
  • Spread the pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  • Top the dessert with the remaining whipped topping and spread to cover completely.
  • If desired, sprinkle with chopped pecans or walnuts.
  • Chill thoroughly before serving, about 2 hours.

1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups crispy rice cereal (such as Rice Krispies®)
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 ½ cups chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Put almond bark into a microwave-safe bowl; heat in microwave oven for 90 seconds and stir. Continue to heat in microwave in 15-second intervals until completely melted and smooth, 15 to 60 seconds.
  • Stir peanut butter with the melted chocolate bark until smooth; add crispy rice cereal and pecans and stir to coat. Fold marshmallows and chocolate chips into the mixture to coat.
  • Spread a sheet of waxed paper onto a flat surface. Drop the mixture by the spoonful onto the waxed paper and allow to cool completely.

Steps:

  • Mix flour, chopped pecans, and margarine together. Press into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and cool whip. Spread mixture on cooled crust, set aside.
  • Mix instant pudding with milk. Put this mixture on top of cream cheese mixture. Top with cool whip (as much as you want) and a few chopped pecans.
  • (Any type of pudding will do, but since it's called chocolate delight, I went with chocolate pudding.).

1 L indt Milk Chocolate Bar

Steps:

  • Crush 1 1/4 packets of Oreo Cookies and set them in a dish with the help of butter and freeze it to set.
  • Now take a bowl and put Cool Whip and condensed milk in it and whip. Now put this batter on the cookies and put walnuts in this batter and again freeze it.
  • Now make small pieces of another 1/4 packet of Oreo Cookies and spread it over the batter. Now melt the chocolate and spread it over Oreo pieces and again freeze it. When it is set, enjoy your chocolate walnut delight.

I recently adopted this recipe from the Recipezaar account and just made them last night. They are amazing! Here's what the original poster said about these bars: "These aren't difficult to make, but they look fancy because they have three distinct layers. A shortbread crust is topped by a chocolate layer, which is then topped with a thin walnut layer. The bars freeze well, and they'll keep for several days at room temperature if stored airtight. I've even mailed these successfully, wrapping them in pairs with the bottoms together and packaging them in a sturdy, well-padded carton before placing them in a similarly sturdy, well-padded box. The most important thing to remember about these bars is that the chocolate layer needs some time to set up, even after the bars have cooled to room temperature. I usually make the bars the night before I'm going to cut and serve them, but chilling the bars after they've cooled for about 20 minutes should have the same effect."

2/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips or to taste bittersweet chocolate chips, good-quality (2 cups)
3 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly (1 stick)
1 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped

Steps:

  • Line a 13 by 9 inch pan (at least 1-1/2 inches deep) with heavy-duty aluminum foil, shiny side up. Set aside.
  • Adjust rack to center of oven; preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • For Crust: In small bowl, combine softened butter, sugar, and vanilla. By hand, cream until well-mixed and fluffy.
  • Add sifted flour and stir to combine.
  • Place crust mixture by small spoonfuls all over bottom of lined pan. Keeping your hands lightly floured, press crust mixture into an even layer with fingertips and/or knuckles (this mixture is a bit sticky, so re-flour your hands lightly as necessary).
  • Place in preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.
  • While crust bakes, make sure chocolate chips are at hand.
  • Start Walnut Layer by combining eggs, sugar, and vanilla in medium bowl. By hand, beat until well-mixed. Set aside.
  • When Crust has baked for 10 minutes, remove from oven to cooling rack.
  • Immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips as evenly as possible. Return to oven for 3 minutes to melt chocolate; remove to cooling rack.
  • With back of spoon or offset spatula, spread chocolate evenly over crust. Allow to stand for about 3 minutes.
  • During this standing period, add slightly cooled melted butter to egg mixture and beat in.
  • Stir in walnuts until evenly distributed.
  • After standing period, place walnut mixture by spoonfuls all over melted chocolate, distributing walnuts as evenly as possible.
  • Return to oven. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
  • When done, top of walnut layer will be a light golden brown; edges will be darker. Remove to cooling rack.
  • Cool completely before storing airtight.
  • Before cutting, see Notes at beginning of recipe. To cut, use a large, sharp, straight- edged knife. Trim about 1/4 inch from each edge before cutting into bars.
  • Store bars airtight at room temperature for up to several days, or freezer for longer storage.
