Steps:
- * Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray 18x13-inch cookie sheet with cooking spray. * In large bowl, stir together cream cheese, garlic salt and onion powder until evenly combined. * Add chicken, bacon, ham and Swiss cheese; stir to combine, making sure to evenly coat all ingredients in cream cheese mixture. Set aside. * Using 1 can of crescent dough, separate dough into 4 rectangles (2 crescents per section); place on cookie sheet in circular shape resembling a compass, one rectangle pointing north, one pointing east, one pointing south and the last one pointing west. * Using second can of dough, separate dough into 4 rectangles. Filling gaps of first layer, arrange rectangles in similar circular shape, only this time having one pointing northeast, one pointing southeast, one pointing southwest and the last one pointing northwest. * Evenly spoon cream cheese mixture over dough; mold mixture into shape of ring on center of dough circle, making sure to leave about 1/2-inch gap of dough in center of ring. * Fold outer edges of dough ring over filling to dough without filling in center of ring. Press dough edges to seal completely so filling does not leak out during baking. Seal all gaps, openings and edges to completely cover filling with dough and make a smooth and uniform appearance. * Bake 20 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting into servings. Serve warm.
BUFFALO CHICKEN CRESCENT RING
Move over pigs-in-a-blanket: buffalo chicken dip finds a cozy home in crescent dough, too. This shareable ring is perfect for a big crowd -- be sure to serve with extra blue cheese dressing on the side.

Steps:
- Preheat the broiler. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Toss the chicken with 1/4 cup hot sauce and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a medium bowl. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and broil, turning halfway though, until cooked through, about 20 minutes. Reduce the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Meanwhile, mix the Monterey Jack, cream cheese, blue cheese dressing and remaining 1/4 cup hot sauce in a large bowl to combined. Chop the chicken into 1/2-inch cubes and fold into the cheese mixture.
- Remove the foil from the baking sheet, turn the sheet over and spray the back with nonstick cooking spray. Unroll both cans of dough and separate into 16 triangles. Place a 5-inch ramekin in the center of the prepared baking sheet. Arrange the triangles in a ring around the ramekin so the short sides of the dough are touching the ramekin, overlapping slightly, and the most pointed ends are facing outward; your dough should look like a giant sun.
- Spoon the chicken mixture over the short ends of the triangles closest to the ramekin. Sprinkle the blue cheese on top and remove the ramekin. Take hold of the pointed end of one of the triangles and fold it up and over the filling, tucking the tip under the bottom layer of dough to secure (the dough will not cover the filling completely). Repeat with the remaining triangles; there will be some gaps where you can see the chicken mixture.
- Bake until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 25 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes. Use a spatula to slide the ring off the baking sheet onto a platter. Serve with more hot sauce, blue cheese dressing, carrots and celery.
CHICKEN CORDON BLEU I
This entree is easy and delicious! It's one of my husband's favorites! Try to use the largest chicken breasts you can find so you'll be able to roll them easier.

DEEP-DISH TRADITIONAL CHICKEN CORDON BLEU CRESCENT CASSEROLE
I adapted this recipe from one that I found on the Pillsbury website to get a casserole that is more like the traditional chicken cordon bleu. The flaky, sweetness of the crescent rolls in this recipe knocks the taste out of the park! Serve with broccoli for a complete meal.

CHICKEN CORDON BLEU WELLINGTON
This recipe was inspired by a couple of old classics. I decided to make the chicken cordon bleu style, which DH and I both love, and wrap it in pastry like a beef wellington. While it looks and sounds elegant, it is really easy to make and my family loves it. Serve with a green salad and a bottle of chardonnay.
