3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
7 ounces semisweet chocolate
3/8 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup hot water
1 cup vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons warm glossy chocolate sauce, recipe follows
2 teaspoons malt powder
1 cup chilled heavy cream

Steps:

Warm Glossy Chocolate Sauce:
In the top half of a double boiler, combine the 2 chocolates over simmering water. Stir constantly until melted, then whisk in the corn syrup and water. Whisk until smooth and shiny.
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

5 -6 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 3/4 cups cold milk
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
3 1/2 tablespoons instant malted milk powder

Steps:

In a blender, put in the ice cream, milk, chocolate syrup and malted milk powder.
Blend until just combined, trying to get as smooth as possible. Be sure not to overmix!
Serve at once in tall glasses, with a long teaspoon or straw in each glass. Enjoy!

nonstick cooking spray
8.6 oz puff pastry, 1 sheet, thawed if frozen
½ cup chocolate hazelnut spread
1 egg, beaten

Steps:

Cut the puff pastry sheet into quarters.
Use a spatula to spread ⅛ cup (35 g) of chocolate hazelnut spread over a square, then roll it up.
Preheat the oven to 400˚F (200˚C). Grease a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Slice the roll in half lengthwise. Braid the halves around each other and use egg wash to seal the ends.
Transfer the twists to the prepared baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
Bake for 14 minutes, or until golden brown.

This is a good, soft cake like chocolate cookie. I have used coffee and raspberry yogurt among others in this recipe. Don't use lite yogurt, i know from experience it doesn't work.

1 (18 ounce) package devil's food cake mix
1 (8 ounce) container cherry yogurt
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2/3 cup chopped walnuts or 2/3 cup pecans
1 cup semisweet chocolate morsel

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl combine cake mix, yogurt, egg and melted butter and mix until well blended.
Stir in walnuts and chocolate morsels.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cookies are set.
Cool on wire racks.
