COLORED POPCORN

Steps:

• Put popcorn in a large bowl that you have lightly buttered.
• Put sugar and water in a small pan and boil to 238* on a candy thermometer (or until it forms a medium ball in cold water), adding the food coloring toward the last of the cooking.
• Pour over the popcorn & stir evenly, then sprinkle at once with the icing sugar. Make sure you continue stirring until the syrup turns sugary and the kernels separate. Enjoy!

• Preheat oven to 300F degrees.
• Line large shallow roasting pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil, extending foil over edges of pan.
• Grease foil with butter.
• Remove all unpopped kernels from popped popcorn.
• Pour popcorn into prepared pan; keep warm in oven.
• In medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk and dry gelatin.
• Heat and stir over medium heat until mixture is slightly thickened and bubbly, 4-5 minutes.
• Pour Eagle Brand mixture over popcorn.
• Using a long-handled wooden spoon, stir gently to coat.
• Bake 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
• Carefully turn out onto large piece of lightly buttered foil; cool.

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine the popcorn, peanuts and M&M's. In a large saucepan, combine marshmallows and butter. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until melted. Add to popcorn mixture; mix well., When cool enough to handle, shape into 2-in. popcorn balls. Let stand until firm before wrapping in plastic.
