CHRISTMAS TRASH

Steps:

• Mix all ingredients but the white chocolate morsels in a large bowl.
• Melt white chocolate morsels according to directions on the package.
• Pour melted white chocolate over the cereal mixture and toss well to coat.
• Spread on waxed paper and let sit until the white chocolate hardens.
• Store in an airtight container.

WHITE TRASH RECIPE

Steps:

• Spread 18 inches of wax paper out on your countertop.
• Fold all the ingredients, except the white almond bark, together is a large mixing bowl
• In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the almond bark in the microwave, according to package instructions.
• Fold the melted almond bark into the cereal mixture until the mixture is evenly coated. Pour out onto waxed paper and allow the almond bark to set.
• Break up bark into pieces and serve.

WHITE CHOCOLATE CHRISTMAS TRASH SNACK MIX

Steps:

• Melt the white chocolate in small increments to prevent burning, in the microwave. Meanwhile, dump the cereals, pretzels, and candy into a big bowl.
• As soon as the white chocolate is melted, pour over mixture and toss gently until well coated {the more white chocolate the merrier, I have found}.
• Spread out the mixture on wax paper and leave to dry.
• Optional - Melt a small amount of chocolate and drizzle over the top as desired, or add sprinkles.
• Once cooled, break-up and store in resealable containers or bags.

CHRISTMAS TRASH

Steps:

• 1. Note: You can use your store's brand of rice chex, corn chex and honey nut cheerios for this recipe and it will turn out just fine. I use the holiday M&M's for this. If you use the Kraft caramels, just snip them in pieces with your kitchen scissors.
• 2. Combine everything except almond bark in a large bowl--I use my 20 quart stainless steel bowl.
• 3. Melt almond bark in large bowl in microwave. When it is completely melted, pour over the cereal mixture and stir well until all is coated with the almond bark. Pour out onto waxed paper--I usually cover the top of my deep freeze with the waxed paper--and spread it out somewhat evenly. Let cool.
• 4. Once the almond bark has hardened, break into small chunks and store in a tightly covered tin. This recipe will fill a 15 quart Rubbermaid storage container and 2 gallon ziplock bags.
