CITRUS-BERRY VERMOUTH SPRITZ

"The spritz is for grown-ups, and kids drink pink lemonade with club soda so they can have something sparkling, too."

Number Of Ingredients 5

8 ounces rose citrus vermouth (such as Lillet)
4 berry ice cubes (freeze individual berries in water in an ice cube tray)
Fresh mint leaves
8 ounces club soda
8 berries (raspberries, blueberries and/or blackberries)

Steps:

  • In a pitcher, combine the rose vermouth with the club soda. Divide among 4 glasses along with the berries and the berry ice cubes. Give the mint leaves a rub and add to each glass.
